We'll let this silence engulf us
and whisper in the dark
An unfinished symphony
interrupted melodies and unspoken words
linger in the air
lipstick traces
secrets and sacred spaces
vacant of warmth
laughter painted on a smile
I thought you were going to stay a while...
But you never came.
The memories are lullaby's
tainted sweetly with the lies
goodbye my dear, goodbye
tis crap...but I needed to vent. |
