ARGHH!!!

So I considered myself a decent drawer, I doodled during class everyday, and I could at least draw NICLEY!!!
UGHH!!! But now! I can't doodle, I can't do ANYTHING!
I can't draw with pencil, pen, marker, crayon, the computer, ANYTHING ANYMORE!!!
I don't know if I'm just totally lacking inspiration, or the fact that I'm not even in an art class this trimester, or next, but
idk...
How can I get my gove back ladiess????? I'm totally desperate...

maybe you should leave it alone for a few days.

Don't try to force it.

Then after a bit, pick up the pencil/paintbrush/etc. and just let it flow.

I get writer's block alot and if I just stop for a few days, I'll suddenly be inspired and come up with this awesome piece.

I'm sure the same will happen to you.

I know, but it's been so longggg.
Like during the summer :'(
I just bought a bunch of pastels, a big ol sketch book, hopin' that would give me a kick start.....

Have them next to you and watch tv. Put a favorite movie on.. concentrate on that, not the sketchpad, but eventually, you can pick up a pencil or the pastels, and just doodle while watching the movie.

i did art class when i was in 3-4th years and would draw and stuff quite often but i didnt do it in 5th year and didnt draw at all.

when i went back to art in 6th year, i felt a bit out of it originally but i soon got back into it. you'll be ok :]

dont force it. maybe try browsing DA or find a piece by an artist you like and try to imitate it or copy it straight off. then you're not having to be imaginative but it might help you get back in.

Yeahh, trying to copy other peoples often gives you inspiration.
Or, remember when you were high off shrooms, and draw what you saw.

I'm not a drug kinda girl, but if i got high i'd draw what i saw.
