well i guess that would be up to you i guess. the size would be a general but if you wanted to do that even thou your return may only be small a5 then thats ok...
cost would be hard. size can be discussed ofc! _________________

| id like to suggest that it would be wise to send things with recorded delivery or some sort of postage recipt this time round...a few people say they have sent packages (and im sure have) but they have not been recieved at the other end.
sometimes that happens but recorded delivery may be sensible and im sure its not that much more. _________________

Good idea. It's not much extra, and it's a way of having receipt of your package. I do it for EVERYTHING, especially any forms I send to the government, then there is record of it arriving there and they can't say "Oh, we never received it". _________________

| Yeh that's true. It's worth it especially if it's going overseas. It's a wee bit more but if you know your package should get there then yey! _________________

| ok ladies come on!
what are your ideas/opinions on the size of the package? should it be a bit bigger (like a4?) or should it stay the same? any ideas for what to include?

| I think A4 is best..money being tight this time of year and all..Whens the deadline for letting you know if your taking part? I really want to..but it depends on if I get a job in the next week.. _________________

| well a4 is bigger than what we had before...so a4 would be MORE money in filling and postage rather than the a5 we had which worked perfectly well.
the deadline will be...the 21st of november. so let me know by then. ill make a post in admin for people to sign up though. _________________

| Didn't you say last time that instead of an A5, if that particular person wanted, they could make it a bigger envelope? So maybe leave it at that again, the set size, and up to the person sending if they wanted to up it a size. _________________
