I need....

Two things....

1. A bright blue nail varnish preferably with no shimmer, and with no green tint in it, which most blu nail varnishes seem to have.

and 2. A decent highligher, its got to be quite light preferbably whiteis but I dont mind a pink or a bronzy one.

Go to the OPI website. They'll have like, 37 different blues in the shade you want, all with different finishes.

Highlighter for like, eyes? I heard the Mr. Frosty from Benefit is really good.

I recently went on a search for a bright blue nail varnish like you described. I couldn't really find anything in the electric neon blue that I wanted. But I did find a really nice bright blue that isn't shimmery or greenish. It's Nail Paint by Barry M no. 291 you can get it from Boots or Superdrug. It's probably not quite as bright as you're looking for, but it was seriously the only non shimmery blue I could find anywhere! Hope that helps a little bit. Smile

i have bright pink, yellow and can get green and orange but want blue!

I want bright green haha. I have like everything but BRIGHT GREEN. Man they have a shade of fluro everything but NEVER GREEN. grar.

hm, really? Ive always been iffy with some of their cosmetics [my eyeshadow wont last without a base >.<], but wee! maybe a top coat helps Razz

bleh i never use top coat or anything.
but i have a couple of claires polishes that are pretty good.

and meh i dont have any of their cosmetics...i wouldnt know Razz

Kiki you are so in the same boat as me, like I have EVERY colour of nail varnish, including electric blue but i just want a really birght blu with no shimmer, I'm gonna check out OPI tho, n proabably Claires.

Oh, and as for the highlighter i really want a powder one and its for my cheekbones

I just remembered I have this really pretty bright blue from Wet N Wild that I had for years and it's like an awesome blue but it chips! grrr
