Nair/Veet?

I reckon the ultra strength ones are fine!

But TBH, since I've stopped using them I've got less blackheads. I'm glad that I initially used them because I had shocking blackheads, but after a while I think you don't need to keep using them unless they keep on coming back bad - cos it just made me get even more.

So I used my Nair on... saturday? saturday or friday and it worked nicely, I went over the parts that didn't come off with more and everything was fine, left it on for 10 mins each time rubbing off with warm water and a cloth.

This morning, I wanted to do it again because I was wearing leggings that went to my knees and I had some hair to remoooove

and so I'm rubbing it off like I did before, and for some reason, not only is only SOME of the hair coming out, but it's BURNING. like, a lot.

sooo I'm guessing, I'm only supposed to use it probably every 1 and a half to two weeks.

haha, you aren't supposed to use it every day, hun. I don't like Nair because it never gets all of the hair. besides, this stuff is basically dissolving hair out of the cuticle, which = burny burn goes your flesh. so yes, once a week will do. if you MUST get rid of hair, shave - but NOT the day after, because it'll still burn.

I shaved the day after and it didn't burn me!! I think shaving is fine afterwards, but yeshh, not too often with the Nair!

I've tried both products and my skin did not like it at all! I got rashes on my legs and it didn't look very pretty. Thank god I only used it on my legs!
