for all those silly makeup mistakes we seee

post pictures!

i personally hate when people put big fat smudges of blue under their eyes, and don't blend their eyeshadow.. euw.

i have a pic but photobucket assassinates my computer whenever i try to upload something

black lipliner, with a light or clear gloss over it...ew.

pencil thin brows - be cool like Tiinia and draw em on - its better than seeing sparse little hairs and heavy liner!

foundation thats TOO light or TOO dark.

Ive made this mistake because I forgot to clean my brushes:

butt here's what happens when my brushes are clean!

the camera washes me out so I look all blah. but that's good makeup there! =D

I also hate badly drawn on brows,

too much lipgloss,

too much blush,

anddd really heavy dark makeup.

not like basic black eyeliner heavy.

I mean "death to us all" heavy. >.<

I dislike when people put two contrasting colours together and expect it to look awesome and daring and totally indie, but it ends up looking like shit.

I also dislike very sparse brows. I love it when I see a girl with nice, shaped eyebrows. I think it frames a face really well, gives it definition. Oooh, and when people do crazy I'M SO SURPRISED drawn on brows. Or little half circles. Lawd.

Hmmm, also, when people draw lipliner way outside of their natural lips. Euuugh.

Gah, I have far too many to list but my main one might be asian chicks that completely line their waterline in black.

It makes them look even squintier.

And I'm with you guys on poorly maintained eyebrows.

I know a girl who never wears any makeup except really dark, really thick black eyeliner around the entirety of her eyes, but she never puts it on her waterline or puts any mascara on or anything. It just looks... weird.

Too much of anything is awful, obviously. And people who's foundation is a totally different color than their skin... and you can, like... see it change from their face to their neck?

And too much lip gloss, where it looks like you've just been eating weird nasty gooey shit and got it on your face... yeah, grosses me out. Haha.

Also, although I have seen quite a few people who can do pretty liquid eyeliner designs that look real nice and lovely... I have also seen some that look really, really, really horrid. Ha ha.

DON'T let your eyeshadow get all stuck in the crease and look tacky. I hate when people do that.
DON'T wear glitter on your eyes unless you know how to apply it right so it's not falling all over your face.
DON'T wear too much blush...but make sure you wear SOME, especially if you're pale like me! unless you're going for a vamp/goth look I suppose.

But I think above all, the worst has to be when someone cakes on foundation to cover up acne that's pretty terrible to begin with. They need to first tackle that acne and clear their face up and then they wouldn't have to worry about sooo much foundation. It just looks soo icky and flaky and greasy and YUCK!

Jade, where in the world does one find orange foundation? It sounds pretty nasty.

I hate it when women wear lilac lipstick and it doesn't match their skin tone.

It seems like half the women in Australia wear orange foundation. It might not be specifically orange in the bottle, but geez on their face it's freaking orange as an orange!
