If that's all that happened, why didn't MTV or Britney say that? And the guy was pointing out a different shoe each time (notice one time it's the left, and next it's the right), and a heel wouldn't "move back in place" if it broke.

She was drunk....plain and simple.

Apparently she was in the hotel room beforehand drinking margaritas, and then came down for the last practice run with one in her hand.

If she was merely stumbling because of a broken heel, she wouldn't have that "I'm hammered" look on her face....LOL.

Besides that she was drunk, she just doesn't give a shit about anything anymore so she didn't even try to do a good performance.
