i dont think so... i think mine is like 15quid a month regardless of how much we use it and how many computers are connected to it.

orrr if you mean in public a lot of cafes have wifi, and so does my college and some random hotspots about town.

I don't think so. Like Ava says it comes in Sky and other TV packages, but that's not reallyyy free..
