Games Stores

I wanna know the names of a few stores in america that sell video games?
like is it gamestop or something?

I love my DS but think games are too expensive so am checking out america to see how much cheaper it would be and they are non-regional (i already have an american and a japanese game) so I can maybe pick some up when I'm there.

Also do places like Macy's and Bloomingdales sell them?
Altho duh...FAO Schwartz the toy shop will yeh?

Can anyone help me out and tell me roughly what a DS game costs?

macy's and bloomingdales? nope. too high end.

and I'll ask Gardner about DS prices - he swears on his DS, seriously. Razz

rawr cool i didnt know...because department stores here (thats kind of what those are right? confused2

) have big electronics sections too with games and such.

im sure ill find somewhere to get my mitts on them Razz

DS games usually go for $20-$45.

Which is about 9-22 pounds.

Get Princess Peach! That game is so cute! ^_^

Oh and game stores aren't the only place for games. Places like Best Buy and Circuit City also have great ones.

Hell, check out wal*mart if you really want to get the lowest prices.

nah i know what games i want.
i think ill stock up on some that arent out here yet or that are just cheaper.
im sure ill pass somwhere, like isnt there a big virgin records shop? cos they sell games here.

I want:
Harvest Moon
Purr Pals (its cats! like nintendogs, tho its not the same line)
Cooking Mama
Cake Mania (i like crazy silly games like these Razz

)
Diner Dash

and a couple more probably but those are my mains atm Razz

oo, they actually made a kitty one as a lineup with nintendogs. but I could never get it cos it reminds me of george :[

yeh i have heard about them developing ninten-cats type thing but ive never really heard any more about it.
i feel bad...i hardly ever walk my dogs...or feed them but the cat one sounds a bit more fun and i like things sometimes that i can pick up, play around with and put down, altho i do like platform stuff too.
im gonna have a look for some other games and what not.

AHH DAMMIT. I forgot again cos I got the book!

he loves the game, though - he got the demo, and he pretty much pissed his pants over it and Im hoping to snag the game for him for his birthday in the next two weeks. =D
