I'm so jeaulous!!!! I have to wait until the translation ... Cause I don't know all the specific names J.K.Rowling invented in english =( ...

I've been reading those books since I was 11 ... I was totally in love with the first book, al thanks to my Dutch teachter who lend it to me ...

Man, I will totally ignore everything that has to do with HP for a few months more ... sigh ...

Normally I don't care about spoilers ... but for HP ... I do, I ran to the television the other day cause they just mentioned HP ... to turn it off ...

Anyway if this thread will include spoilers after you've read the english version ... Could there be a warning in the threadtitle?

anyways ... apparently, this book is breaking records ... 15 books each second are being sold ... With the previous one 'only' 13 per second were sold ...

and some 'fans' apparently started by reading the end ... They couldn't wait ...

Yeah, my sister's been reading almost non-stop since it came at about 12:30.. it's now 6:30.. she's not yet halfway through. Mom said she read the last sentence first.. but when I spoke to her, she realized it was the last sentence of the epilogue, and I laughed at her for being a dork.

She told me the last word, dammit. I don't want to know anything about it!

im not tired...i got up about 12 (didnt get to sleep!) so its only 1am now but im thinking of going to bed with a big glass of milk and sitting quietly reading.

I have to be there at 9:45. It's so weird of them. I go in at an odd and freakishly early hour every day I work this week. And two days are almost 8 hours per shift. They're trying to kill me.

I finished it after 4 hours reading yesterday. I bought it at 11am-ish and even by the time I was done, the people who'd bought it at midnight were still going!

It was sooooo frustrating! Damn being a fast reader.

I won't get to read it for a while yet. My whole family has to get through it before me. EVEN THOUGH I'M THE ONE THAT QUEUED FOR AN HOUR TO GET IT! I accidentally read the last line though. Not my wisest move.
But I just started re-reading 6 now. I totally forgot what happened in the others. So I don't mind that I won't get to it for a little bit.

I got it at the borders midnight party and finished it 8 hours later. A friend of mine finished it in 4, but he pretty much skimmed it, and didn't really take any of it in. When we talked about it, he didn't know some of the things I mentioned. Typical Rolling Eyes

When the 6th book came out, some 20 yr old guys went to a store 15 minutes away from me, got a megaphone, and yelled "dumbledore dies!" at the midnight party. I don't understand why people want to ruin it for others, even if they think it's dumb! But luckily, those guys got their asses kicked applause
