I finally decided on a design (a black-art rose with celtic knotwork around it)!!!!! My appointment is on thursday at noon! YAY!

Yaaaay! You should totally take pictures. Probably wait til it's healed, though. Or at least until after it stops bleeding. One of my friends keeps posting pictures of her new ink right after she gets it, and it's still bleeding a bit, and I'm like.. 'ew. But it'll be pretty when it's healed!'

LOL! My sis is going with me, so I'm sure she'll get lots of pics of the "during". LOL!

I don't usually bleed much with tats, though. Although this one is slightly bigger with more inkspace, though.

My sister said I didn't bleed much with the one on my back, but getting my wrist done bled a lot. Maybe it's something to do with the colors? Coz my back is just black and gray. I've heard white makes everyone bleed, though. Wonder why..

Maybe, since all I've got is black ink. One day I plan on having a tat on each inner wrist, so I can test to see if it's location that matters. Smile

ooooooh, that'll hurt like hell, trust me! My wrist was swollen for three days after getting my flowers done.. Idiot that I am, I want to get something added to the underside, and it'll probably be the same artist that did the flowers because I'm weird like that.

Here it is!

I got there at noon, and the guy doing it didn't get there 'til nearly 12:30pm. Then he had to draw it (because he didn't have the actual knotwork circle drawn out yet). He started tattooing me around 1:15pm, and it only took about a half hour.

He did a fantastic job! I was sooooo pleased! And he was adorable, I wanted to take him home and keep him in my closet....heeheehee.

i honestly wasnt sure how it would look as some of the suggested pics were a bit confused2

to me and I wasnt keen but it looks fabby!

and the rose kind of reminds me of the one in beauty and the beast which is cool Very Happy

I was about to say!! that beauty and the beast rose!! YES...
it looks really cute! is that the back of your neck? i totally want something there, but i hear that's one of the most painful spots (over the spine)
