| I saw some jumpers like that in Sirens today (I ventured to the mall to find an outfit for the 2 year anniversary, and a Claddagh ring for grant). It was TINY...LOL. That store is for a race of skinny-minny people or something!

and, a little late, but on the topic of ballet flats... i am severely in love with a pair of actual ballet shoes. they're white and ive had them since 5th grade. they still fit, and i LOVE them. they match everything. they now have holes in the bottoms so i have to duct tape them... and then just try to wear them when it's dry out... but GAH. amazing. so comfy, and just SO cute!!!

| Leggings or nothing depending on how far the dress comes down.
If you put skinny jeans on it probably won't look as good, and plus the leggings give you an excuse to wear flats, which is always nice if nothing more than the comfort factor.
It would look good for sure with a bright t-shirt, or something flowery. |
